Are you aware that you affect everything around you?

You are important

Your being is real

You exist and you are present to yourself and to those around you

How you choose to act and behave, affects your surroundings

Mindfulness is being present to everything

To happiness, to pain, to failure and to success

It’s about what is now, rather than what was and what will be

Be present

Be mindful

Accept your being and your where you are now and only now

Acknowledge your presence within the environment of others
