It’s been a while since I’ve posted.
I was ace-ing what I was doing. I made a big impact of the lives of my clients and saw the results that they dreamt of reaching. However, I realised that I wasn’t able to practice what I was preaching and I let myself down by doing that. I wasn’t living a Well And Healthy lifestyle, I was chasing my tail, chasing down my own deadlines, up all hours creating new content and not eating as mindfully as I wanted to. I didn’t make the time to exercise as often as I had usually done and I couldn’t remember the last time I read a book. Hello fatigue!
In essence, I wasn’t balanced.
So I took time out. I studied, I took time to have holidays – where I didn’t check my emails or update my social media. I relaxed my rules on my 80/20 food and drink priorities and spent time on the relationships I have. I grew.

I went on holiday and didn’t do ANY work!
That was my view from when I spent 1/3rd of my week hiking, 1/3 reading, 1/3 swimming in the beautiful sea in Kea – An amazing and well needed break!
During that week I reconnected with myself.
When that happened, I experienced a EUREKA moment where everything started to make sense again. Proper sense, that came from the experience of before rather than the rushed eureka moments of a rookie! I worked on the ‘why’ behind what I want Well And Healthy to be and how balance was something that is at the very core of it. Maybe I did a little bit of work – my mind gets inspired when I am in a beautiful location!
Swimming everyday was an absolute treat!

I’m not releasing any new programs until the new year, but I can’t wait to share them with you!
I’ll be sharing some special news in January for something super special that is happening in February. It’s a big deal and lots of work, but with the newly balanced Caroline, it’s completely achievable and will bring together everything that I am working towards in keeping aligned with the ‘why’ of Well And Healthy.
